At NetEase Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
